If our objective of becoming the most trusted provider of interim actuarial services is to be realised, it is imperative that we retain and grow our reputation for providing high quality resource at highly competitive rates. We do not use the phrase “high quality” lightly - some of the reasons why we believe it is meaningful include:

In-depth knowledge of resource pool: The business partners have long-standing working relationships with many of the individuals within the self-employed contractor pool. This is further enhanced by the business partners having both held ‘Head of Quality’ and ‘Head of Contractor Management’ roles at a large outsourcer giving key insights into the relative strengths of these individuals.

Careful vetting of new resource: While many employment businesses take on new resource after only a phone call with the individual, it is our standard policy to also meet potential resource for a face-to-face discussion and assess their communication skills before deciding whether to add to our pool of resource, after which we also take up written references.

Alignment of interests: We exercise greater control over performance of self-employed contractors since, uniquely via our bonus scheme, remuneration of many contractors is directly linked to their performance as assessed by our clients.

Calibre of staff: Our employed associates are recruited from the brightest numerate graduates entering the actuarial profession. We are able to do this via the unique characteristics of our graduate scheme and selection process, as well as the ongoing training we provide to these individuals.

Professionalism: The service we provide is professional and ethical at all times.
